Beyondsoft acquires Brazilian company 4MSTech

São Paulo, March 27, 2023 – Beyondsoft, a global information technology services company, has announced the acquisition of 4MSTech as part of its efforts to continue expanding its business in Asia, Europe, and South America, starting with Brazil. Founded in 1995, Beyondsoft is present in 14 countries and has more than 30,000 specialists and 70 delivery centers around the world.

This decision is part of the company’s global strategy to expand international operations. Christiano Knott, executive director of Beyondsoft, chose to kick off expansion in Brazil, which is the largest economy in the region and a huge supplier center of talent.

The choice of 4MSTech was due to its excellent reputation in the market, the high quality of its professionals, and for being a Microsoft partner in five designations, one of the few consultancies with this expertise in the market. In addition, the company has just won the GPTW – Great Place to Work Brazil Certification. The company has been growing with a focus on organizational climate and people management.

Founded seven years ago by a group of executives from the technology market, 4MSTech specializes in Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure and solutions. It stands out for its knowledge and projects in Microsoft 365 and Azure, focusing on data, infrastructure, security, and managed services.

“We chose 4MSTech because it is an ethical, successful company, well established in the market and which, like us, has Microsoft as its main strategic partner. We believe that both companies have a synergy in terms of valuing professionals, involving leadership and customer satisfaction, which in terms of services is a great differentiator,” explains Knott.

With the purchase, Eduardo Mecking, general manager of 4MSTech, becomes the general manager of Beyondsoft Brazil, and the company begins its operations with 80 employees, with the goal of expanding the staff to 150 by the end of the year. The 4MSTech portfolio is incorporated by Beyondsoft Brazil which offers managed services and other professional services.

“Our customers will continue to be served by our team of specialists and will benefit from the increase in the service structure in other countries, since we are now a global company,” celebrates Mecking. “We intend to double the sales team to be increasingly competitive, generating new business opportunities and reaching the goal of 200 new customers by the end of the year.”
